Software License Agreement

MLECMS End User Licence Agreement, hereinafter referred to as MLECMS, is a legal agreement set up between you (a natural person, legal person or other orgnazation) and MLECMS, regarding the reproduction, downloading, installation and use of MLECMS related products, any related materials and patch update. Meanwhile, this agreement also applies to later updates and upgrades of the software. By copying, downloading, installing or using the software by any other means, you accept all the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

Obligations and Restrictions:
　　1. Unless authorized by business licence, you shall not use the software for the following purposes.
　　　　a. You shall not use MLECMS on any enterprise or company websites.
　　　　b. You shall not use MLECMS on any websites of the government, financial institutions, educational institutions, schools or social groups, or on any other profit-oriented websites.
　　　　c. You shall not use MLECMS on any profitable personal websites.
　　　　d. You shall not use MLECMS on any websites other than free personal websites.
　　2. You shall not rent, lease, mortgage or sublicense the software or its related business licence.
　　3. No matter whether you apply MLECMS to the whole or parts of your website, copyright and relevant links shall be presented on the homepage.
　　4. You shall not modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works for redistribution based upon all or any proportion of the software.
　　5. In case you do not abide by the terms of this agreement, your authorization shall be terminated and the rights withdrew. You shall also take relevant legal responsibilities.

Grant of Rights:
　　1. With full compliance with this license agreement, you may apply the software to non-commercial websites without paying for the copyright.
　　2. You may make necessary modifications to the software to meet the needs of your websites within the restrictions of this license agreement.
　　3. You reserve rights for all the information, articles, downloads, pictures, comments and related information collected by your websites which use this software, and shall assume the legal obligations relevant to the contents.
　　4. You may use the software for business after acquiring the business licence. According to the periods, manners and contents of technical support services claimed in the licence you have purchased, you may get technical services within a specified range through specified manners.
　　5. Installation of one copys of MLECMS is regarded as one service websites; installation of more than one copies of MLECMS under the same domain name is regarded as more than one service websites.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer:
The software and its attached files will not offer any explicit or implicit compensation or warranty. You have chosen to use this software voluntarily and should be aware of the risks. Before you purchase the technical services, we do not promise to offer any technical support or warranty, and are not responsible for any problems arisen from the use of the software. MLECMS is not responsible for any copyright disputes or legal disputes resulted from information and contents of websites using this software. For further information of end user license agreement, business license and technical service of the software please visit MLECMS (http://www.mlecms.com) and official forum (http://bbs.mlecms.com), which provide the sole explanation and official price list. MLECMS is authorized to modify the license agreement and the price list without advance notice. Modified license agreement and price list take effect upon the day of modification.

Intellectual Property Ownership and Reservation of Rights:
All rights not expressly granted are reserved by MLECMS and its suppliers. By installing the software, you fully understand and accept all the terms and conditions of this agreement. While you enjoy the rights granted by terms stated above, your rights are also restricted. MLECMS permits you to use the software only in accordance with the terms of this agreement, otherwise, the act would be a direct violation of the license agreement and thus constitutes an infringement. We shall have the right to terminate the authorization, order the user to stop damage and ascertain where the responsibility lies. Do be acquainted with the different patterns of technical services and the service scope before purchase. Technical support is offered to the official standard installation version only. Problems caused by modification by oneself and use of non-original MLECMS code are not within the service scope.
